Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization form.
Prepare the Equipment
Ensure the reformer or accessory is in its original, unused condition and securely repacked in all original protective packaging to prevent transit damage.
Schedule Collection
Once approved, we will coordinate with our specialized freight partners to schedule a convenient pickup time from your location.
Inspection and Refund
After our technicians inspect the returned unit at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
